  2. Setup Wizard – This is the “hand-holding” mode. It scans for your existing WiFi networks and basically lets you pick which one to extend. Super straightforward if you don’t want to dive into manual configs. Network Settings – You can adjust the SSID (like give the extended network a custom name instead of that annoying “_EXT” tag). Also, set passwords, security type, all that usual WiFi stuff. Firmware Updates – Honestly, this one’s easy to ignore but it’s kind of important. The portal will let you check if your extender has new firmware. Sometimes updates fix connection drops or random slowdowns.

  3. Device List – Shows what’s connected through the extender. Admin Settings – Change the login password for the portal itself (do this, seriously—leaving it as “admin/password” is just begging for trouble). Diagnostics / Status – A basic look at your extender’s signal strength, IP, MAC address, etc. Not something you check every day, but useful if you’re troubleshooting.

Default username: admin. Default password: password.

Once the setup finishes, the extender will reboot. Reconnect your device to the new extended network (usually something like YourWiFiName_EXT) and you’re good.
