For example, a wrestling match includes three two-minute periods, when visualizing, imagine three two-minute periods, make it realistic, and do this visualization training daily. So, when it’s time for the battle, you are 100% mentally and physically ready to go. Of course, you must also respond to the mental training to come through along with the physical training, such as running, lifting weights, eating healthy, etc. Likewise, to achieve financial freedom, you have to picture it daily – your aspiration to financial freedom, debt relief and acquiring riches.
