  1. The Ultimate Deal on The Shared Services Summit 2021 Presented By PROHANCE ProHance is the presenting partner of this year's SHARED SERVICES Summit 2021 in Bengaluru! The current digital disruption is presenting an endless array of challenges to businesses, no matter how large or small they may be. Competition from around the world has never been more intense - but this also means that opportunities lie just beyond reach for those who take them on! Recent global events have forced people and companies alike into rethinking their approach; it's a time when leaders are questioning previous models which were underestimated at best in light of changing circumstances. The "new business environment" has created an entirely different landscape for successful companies. Today's market leaders are realizing that they must rethink their existing operational models to better support this new direction, and while the pandemic made cost reduction more of a priority than ever before (as well as location diversification into shared services), it accelerated desire with stronger digital capabilities being at the forefront now more than ever too! Now is the time for leaders to prioritize shared services innovation and rethink their operating model. Fully harnessing digital capabilities will allow them not only to work more efficiently but also to improve company culture in general. The 6th edition of the SHARED SERVICES Summit brought together all the leaders from various industries in this pandemic space to share their best practices, insights, and experiences on major leading strategies that have emerged such as rethinking operating models with aggressive deployment for future work by digitizing service delivery through automation. The future of work is changing and so too are the workforce's needs. At ProHance, we believe that remote managing work will be a key part of how organizations deliver services moving forward because it helps them meet those new challenges while reducing costs at the same time!

  2. The Shared Services session on December 3rd was all about exploring what this means not only for employees but also customers or clients as well - who might want better access if they're geographically spread out across different areas? Did you know there has been an increase from 15% to 60% since 2010 when companies began experimenting by implementing hybrid models between Onsite & Remote Workforces? The session addressed how to effectively manage a distributed workforce and enable hybrid work environments, anywhere operations. The key was overcoming challenges by leveraging technologies for collaboration amongst HR teams in the business or IT departments of companies as well as those that are remote from each other; transparency between all parties involved is also important so they can make data- driven decisions on staffing needs going forward which will be necessary if you want your company to be future-fit! The second session that ProHance was a part of had some interesting topics such as * The panel discussion, where they discussed how shared services can be transformed with COE-cost optimization and centres expertise. It also talks about trends shaping the future for this type of business model in organizations across all industries including healthcare or insurance companies looking to outsource certain tasks away from their departments because it gives them more time to focus on other areas vital at the company level. The second session that ProHance was a part of was the panel discussion; where they discussed
