  1. Sleep Apnea - Causes of the Disorder To better understand how to prevent snoring, it is best to dig deeper as to what causes or triggers it. There are factors leading to snoring that are controllable while are some hardly out of one's control. An obstructed nasal airway is anatomic factor that can cause snoring since the walls of the throat vibrate during breathing resulting in the loud and distinctive sounds. The nasal airway can become narrow because of conditions like elongated uvula or bulky throat tissues. Weight gain is also a contributing factor to snoring as proven by many overweight snorers. It is still related to anatomical factors mentioned above as heavy-weighted people tend to have fatty tissues and poor muscles in the throat area thereby narrowing the air passages. Not only that, common facial characteristics for fat people like double chin and thick neck can produce the same effect. Tranquilizers, sleeping pills, drugs and alcohol are another underlying cause of snoring. These pills and substance travels to all areas of the body when taken and slows the brain's response causing a deep sleep and relaxation of the oropharynx or upper tissue which can then lead to snoring. Another cause is overeating and fatigue or overworking. Smoking is not a direct cause of snoring although it can aggravate the situation by secreting mucus that can cause the swelling of the membrane in the throat or again, restrict the air passages. To sum it up-the root cause of snoring is the blocking of the nasal air passages brought about by certain abnormalities in one's anatomical features specifically the throat area. This problem can be naturally corrected by performing simple snoring exercises that can develop and tone the muscles in the affected area. This method is safe, effective and inexpensive. https://healthscrutiny.com/nootrogen-review/ https://wedoreviewforyou.com/cerebral-boost-brain-enhancement-review/ https://criptomonde.com/ecom-cash-code-review/ https://healthcaredevotee.com/blood-sugar-solution-review/
