  1. HOW TO CONNECT ALEXA TO MACBOOK? Alexa Helpline Number USA/Canada: +1- 872-888-1589 SIGN IN TO YOUR ALEXA ACCOUNT Sign in to your Alexa account using your login credentials (if you are an existing user). But in case you don't have any account then create a new one for yourself. SET UP A NEW DEVICE Once you are logged in to your Alexa account click on the settings options located in the left sidebar. And then click on "set up a new device" (under the devices panel). Now choose a device to set up by clicking on your device name showing in the list of devices. Scroll down if you don't see your device name on top. And suddenly a screen will appear saying "Please sign in again". Click on continue you will be taken to another and sign in again by entering your username and password. PLUG YOUR DEVICE INTO AN ELECTRICAL SOCKET Once you have signed in to your account you will get on- screen instructions on the web page asking you to connect your Alexa device into an electrical socket. Once the device is plugged in, press the button (with a dot on the middle) for at least 10 seconds until the orange light starts blinking. And then the device will stay in a setup mode. Now click on the continue option on your Macbook. CONNECT ALEXA TO WI-FI NETWORK You can access the Wifi network on your MacBook by clicking on the WiFi network button (in the top-right corner). Then you need to select the WiFi network. Usually, a combination of letters and a number. If you don't see any network then wait for a minute. Once connected Alexa will say you have connected successfully, click on the continue button to finish the setup. And you will see a message asking you to continue the setup of your Alexa device. Now select your WiFi network on the next web page you would like to use to connect your device. WAIT FOR ALEXA TO COME ONLINE Now you will see a screen saying "preparing your Alexa device" and a progress bar while Alexa connects your device to the internet. It could take several minutes and once the setup is complete Alexa will say the device is ready and then the orange light will disappear.
