  2. Introduction Trying to troubleshoot current technology has become increasingly difficult. Simple solutions can still be effective, but problems might originate from a far wider range of sources. Amazon Alexa can be found in a variety of products, including the Amazon Echo smart speaker and the Echo Dot. We've got you covered if your Alexa is Offline.

  3. Start the Echo Device again There are a variety of reasons why your Alexa Device is Offline and unable to react to Alexa commands. It's possible that the Alexa app on your smartphone or Echo device is outdated, or that the Echo isn't powered up. It's possible that the Wi-Fi is spotty or broken, or that the Echo is too far away from the router.

  4. Check Your Power Supply You should check that power is flowing properly throughout your home at various places. Checking sure the plug you're using is regularly working. After that, double-check that power is being supplied to devices such as your router and your Amazon Alexa.

  5. Put the Router closer to the Echo device If your Echo remains offline, putting it closer to your network or wireless access point could be a viable solution. Other wireless devices or equipment may need to be moved out of the way between your Alexa and the router.

  6. Wi-Fi connectivity should be checked. Check to see if your router or wireless access point is compatible with other devices. For this solution, the first thing is to see if the Alexa app is also offline. You will be able to verify the connectivity status of the Amazon product in issue if you are able to use the app.

  7. If you are facing a problem connecting your Alexa through the App you can do the Alexa WI-Fi setup via web browser too. Here are the steps to follow • Using a web browser, go to Alexa's official website. • Use your credentials to log in to your account. (password and username) • Now select "Settings" from the drop-down menu. • "Set up a new device" is the option to choose. • Continue by selecting the device you're currently using. • Connect your Alexa device to a power supply.

  8. Connect your Alexa device to a power supply. • Wait until the ring light becomes orange before proceeding. • Connect your Alexa device to a wireless network using the Amazon-XXX • On your web browser, click "Continue." • Choose the Wi-Fi network to which you'd like to connect your Alexa device. • Click Connect after entering your password. • Wait until the new Wi-Fi network connects to your Alexa device.
