  3. ABOUT UNIVERSITY Bundelkhand University was established on August 19, 1976, to satisfy the desires of the Telangana people for higher education. It is located in Warangal, a historical city that was formerly home to the Kakatiya monarchs. However, the founding of the University was a watershed milestone that heralded the start of a new era in the fields of higher education in this region.   8. INFRASTRUCTURE Computer Lab “First of all, The University Computer Centre first opened its doors in 2008. It has run a number of staff training programmes to help employees learn how to use computers. As part of the upgrade/expansion initiative, a separate training lab with 20 computers was established in 2008, and the number was expanded to 50 additional computers in 2010.” Library Moreover, The Institute's teaching and research programmes are supported by the Central Library, which also provides public reading facilities and disseminates information based on user needs. The unit at University Arts & Science College, Subedari serves the students and faculty of University PG College and University College of Law. Cafeteria GATES features a large, well-kept canteen to meet the requirements of both students and employees. This well-equipped canteen can hold roughly 250 people at any given time. Canteen offers delectable, healthy, and sanitary fare. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and hot and cold beverages are all available.
