Quick Facts of Brahmatal Trek Duration : 6 Days 5 Night Brahmatal Trek Hight: 12,150 Feet(3658 meters) Trek Distance: 20 Kilometers Best time for Trek : November to March Location: Mundoli, Uttarakhand Base camp: Lohajung Brahmataal Difficulty Level: Easy to Moderate Nearest Railway Station: Kathgodam Nearest Airport: Jolly Grant, Dehradun Average Temp.: Day(8oC to 14oC) and Night:(-3oC to 5oC) Mobile connectivity: Mobile network will be available at Lohajung and Summit point

Day 1 Rishikesh to Lohajang Distance: 256 Kilometers Estimated Duration: 10 to 11 Hours Starting Point: Rishikesh (Bus Stand)  Stay: Guest House (Lohajung) Meals: Dinner Only Reach Rishikesh before 6 a.m. one of our represantatives will brief you about the trip. We will leave Rishikesh by 6 a.m. and aim to reach Lohajung, the base camp of Brahmataal Trek, by 5:00 p.m.

Day 2 Lohajung to Bekaltal Distance: 6 Kilometers By Treking Duration: 5-6 Hours Altitude Gain: 7670 ft. to9950 ft. Starting: Lohajung (8:00 A.M.) Difficulty: Moderate Stay: Camp (Near Bekaltal) Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner The whole trail is a gradual ascent and mostly twirls along the mountains. The camp area is surrounded by oek trees. Carry one litre of water bottle with you. One water source is available after 2 hours of trecking at a wooden bridge that runs over a stream.

Day 3 Bekaltal to Brahmatal lake Distance: 7 Kilometers by Trecking Duration: 6-7 Hours Altitude Gain: 9950 ft. to 10450 ft. Starting: Bekaltal (8:00 A.M.) Difficulty: Moderate Stay: Camp Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner The first 1-1.5 hours is a step ascent and then the trail slowly converts to a gradual ascent. In the next one hour, you will reach Telindi top, with an expansive view of Mt.Trishul and Mt.Nanda ghunti.

Day 4 Brahmatal lake submit to back to Daldum Distance: 12 Kilometers by Trecking Duration: 8-9 Hours Altitude gain: 10450 ft. to 9350 ft. Starting: Brahmatal Lake (6:00 A.M.) Difficulty: Moderate Stay: Camp (Daldum) Meals: Breakfast, lunch and Dinner The first 30 Minutes till Brahmatal Lake are a steep ascent. In winter, the ridgr is covered with snow, so it is a bit difficult and takes 3 hours tp summit Brahmatal Peak. The Brahmatal to Daldum trail is a gradual incline and covered with a forest of oek and rhododendrons. No water source carries 2 litres of water.

Day 5 Daldum to Lohajung Duration: 3 Hours Altitude Loss: 9350 ft. to 7800 ft. Starting: Daldum (8:00 A.M.) Difficulty: Moderate Stay: Stay House (Lohajung) Meals: Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner Today is the last day of our trip. We will start our trip from Lohajung by 6:00 A.M. with the aim of reaching Rishikesh by 7:00P.M.

Day 6 Drive back from Lohajung to Rishikesh Distance: 250 Kilometers Drive Duration: 9-10 Hours Altitude loss: 9350 ft. to 7800 ft. Starting: Lohajung (8:00 A.M.) Difficulty: Moderate No Stay Meals: Breakfast Today is the last day of our trip. We will start out trip from Lohajung by 6:00 A.M. with the aim of reaching Rishikesh by 7:00 P.M.
