  1. Suffering From PARKINSON DISEASE Parkinson's disease is a progressive brain condition that has an impact on both the neurological system and the bodily parts that are under the control of the nervous system. The basal ganglia, a region of the brain that regulates movement, experiences nerve cell impairment and/or death, which results in the most noticeable signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease. CAUSES OF PD These nerve cells, or neurons, normally generate the crucial brain neurotransmitter dopamine. Movement issues linked to the condition are brought on by decreased dopamine production as a result of the neurons' degeneration or death. Scientists are still unsure of what causes neurons to degenerate. The nerve terminals create norepinephrine, the primary chemical messenger of the sympathetic nervous system, which regulates numerous bodily activities such as blood pressure. SYMPTOMS OF PD Each person will experience the signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease differently. Early symptoms could be negligible and overlooked. Even after symptoms start to affect the limbs on both sides, symptoms frequently start on one side of the body and usually continue to be severe there. Rigid muscles, tremors, poor posture and balance, a lack of automatic motions, changes in speech, difficulties swallowing, emotional disturbances, and other symptoms are possible.

  2. ARE THERE ANY TESTS TO DIAGNOSE PD? There are currently no blood or laboratory tests available to identify Parkinson's disease in non-genetic cases. Doctors typically do a neurological exam and obtain a patient's medical history to determ espite the fact that there is no cure for Parkinson's disease, some symptoms can frequently be managed with medication, surgery, and other therapy. HOW CAN STEM CELL THERAPY HELP? Numerous studies have described how mesenchymal stem cells obtained from various autologous sources as well as allogeneic sources represent excellent candidates for therapeutic applications due to their trans-differentiation capacity. Although it may not be possible to convert all stem cells into dopaminergic neurons at this time, some studies have suggested that administering these cells along with exosomes exosomes may have additional advantages, such as anti-inflammatory properties and neuroprotective activity stimulated by resident stem cells as a result of paracrine effects. With the help of these encouraging studies, the proper quantity of stem cells is given along with exosomes for successful clinical results.
