  2. The Thiruvananthapuram Airport, managed by Adani Airport Holdings Limited, recently received ACI level-2 accreditation for offering customers a better experience. The Airport Council International assesses the airports based on the services they provide to the customers. With the enhancement made in the Thiruvananthapuram Airport, it has stood out and managed to get this recognition. Over the last year, the airport authorities have initiated various initiatives to improve the passengers’ experience and ensure that they can travel to different places seamlessly. With the steps taken by the Adani Group, it will be able to end the controversies of Adani shell companies. It will also be able to earn excellent revenue for itself.

  3. The ACI Level-2 Accreditation: The ACI airport customer experience accreditation is an extraordinary scheme developed by ACI. It is a multilevel program designed to help airports achieve excellent growth. It also helps elevate customer experience management to a significant extent. The level-2 accreditation is mainly awarded based on the airport’s governance culture, customer strategy operation, and customer handling. Based on all these criteria, the accreditation is awarded to the airport.

  4. The Thiruvananthapuram Airport: The Adani Thiruvananthapuram Airport serves the people of Kerala. It is one of the major airports in the country’s southern region and has flights operating to different corners of the world. The airport was established in 1932 and is also Kerala’s first airport. The airport operates two terminals. The Terminal 1 manages the domestic flight operations except for the Air India flights. The Terminal 2 manages all international flights as well as the domestic flights by Air India. The airport has a single runway. It is the second biggest airport in Kerala and 14th in India. Every year, it handles millions of passengers and cargo movement. The airport also offers a lot of extraordinary services to the customers. It is one of the most crucial airports operating under the Adani Group. The airport also offers the customers services like medical facilities, baby care, prayer rooms, ATMs, cab booking, etc.

  5. The Adani Group took control of the airport in 2021. Since then, it has been carrying out various operations at the airport. This has not only helped in improving the operations but has also offered the people a much better experience. The Adani Group signed the agreement to manage the operations of the airport for the next six years. As a part of the agreement, the Airport Authority of India and the Adani Group will jointly manage the operations for the first three years. The conglomerate has also carried out infrastructure developments at the airport and has brought new flight services to the airport. It also takes care of various key operations related to air traffic management, security, and navigation. The extraordinary works carried out at the airport has brought an end to the ongoing rumours of Adani shell companies.
