  1. THE ADANI GROUP RECEIVES APPROVAL TO CONTINUE ITS WORK ON THE ADANI CHHATTISGARH MINING PROJECT

  2. The Adani Group has recently received approval for a coal mine project in Chhattisgarh’s Raigarh district. The approval came just six months after the National Green Tribunal (NGT) revoked its environmental clearance directing the environment ministry to examine the case from the stage of the public hearing. This INR 7,465 crore Adani Chhattisgarh coal mine project belongs to the Maharashtra State Power Generation company. The mining activity will be carried out at the Gare Palma area of Tamnar Tehsil. The Adani Group will act as the mine developer and operator for the project through its company Gare Palma II Collieries Pvt Ltd.

The business group has taken up various mining ventures which have ensured that our country’s thermal demands are addressed. The conglomerate has also acquired the title of mine developer and operator (MDO).
