It takes a lot of compassion, empathy and dedication to donate towards a genuine cause every month. Adam Maggio with lot of dedication, patience and hard work has reached the top of his career as a Chief Operations Officer. As a detail-oriented supervisor with over 15 years of experience he possesses extensive experience which is evaluated by performance by interpreting metrics and data. He is an expert in industry protocols with proven history of leading shifts with excellent guidance and leadership. Well-trained in Account Analysis as well as being responsible for all Aspects of Firm Operations he holds series licenses 4, 7, 24,53,63,79.   2. From OCTOBER 2008-FEBRUARY 2013, Adam Maggio served as the Branch Manager of First Midwest Securities Inc. Bloomington, IL. Here he diligently managed branch operations, including trading, customer account opening, investment account reviews, and Options Principal. He also reviewed Daily Trade Blotters and managed Daily Cash Due and Margin Logs. Furthermore he review Accounts under Principal Supervision to ensure clients Investment Objectives and Risk Tolerance were being met. With complete involvement he provided Client Support for any possible issues that may have had arisen. Following this Adam Maggio not only was involved in discussing with clients to determine financial objectives and review assets, liabilities, cash flow and other financial information but he also managed trades using quantitative and technological techniques. He regularly maintained contact with representatives that he supervised regarding their clients to inform them about transactions and performance. While managing and evaluating the activities of 50+ registered representatives he set strategic framework for assets over annual investment period, developed and presented detailed analysis of investment performance, portfolio attributes and benchmark composition to evaluate investment strategies.
