Ofcourse, you can always rely on your plan manager to assist you with this.   1. NDIS Glossary- Understanding the Most Used Terms and Concepts Have you ever faced difficulty understanding your NDIS plan? The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) consists of several terminologies and abbreviations that aren't always clear or easy to understand. Navigating the NDIS services and terminologies can be confusing, let alone determining what the NDIS does and does not cover. Especially for those who have never had an NDIS plan. And once you've mastered the NDIS terms and technical phrases, you'll be able to understand your plan, how to use your assigned budget, and how to use your funds to accomplish your objectives. Of course, you can always rely on your plan manager to assist you with this. But, to make things easier, we've put together a glossary of the most commonly used NDIS in Werribee and their definitions. Feel free to save this dictionary to your favourites so you may refer to it later: NDIS Glossary: 1.Funded Support Package: In simple terms, this is the amount of money you get through the NDIS in Werribee. Funding in this budget, like in your capacity-building budget, is not flexible, so you must use it for the exact reason mentioned in your plan. 2.Formal and Informal Supports: Supports are items or services that help you carry out daily tasks and allow you to live more independently and comfortably while living with a disability. Formal support refers to paid support ranging from physiotherapists to house renovations.
