( visit Online Book Purchase platform) • If you take advice from the experts and consult the seniors who scored high in the HS exam, they will also recommend the same. • Want to attain all the questions which boost the overall score? Cover and revise the main syllabus multiple times!

  5. Tip 4: Concentrate on the English paper • In class XII students appear in the exam from different streams- but among this diversity the common language papers. • Consider language papers like English as an opportunity to boost the overall score. • The English paper is a compulsory paper, which means if you score well in other subjects, but get a poor score in English - it will affect your overall performance in the board exam. • Prepare for the English paper right from the beginning of the session .

  6. Tip 5: Work on the weak areas more • Don’t ignore the subject or areas where you are weak. • Work hard on those papers and leave so scope to it impacts your overall score. • Start with clearing basic concepts, and doubts and then practice exercises on those areas multiple times. • Which are your weak points? You know best, so don’t shy away- ask your teacher or elder siblings or parents to cleaner up all doubt as soon as possible.

  7. Tip 6: Time management is very important • Preparation for a Board exam like the WBCHSE exam needs time management- the more you utilize your time the better you will reap the benefits. • Learn the proper time, management skills and practice them daily. • Make a daily schedule to utilize your time tactfully. • Maintain an 8-hour study routine and devote all the time equally to each subject. • Allot the morning time for those papers which need to be retained in your memory. • Keep the evening time for time-bound practices.

  8. Tip 7: Solve papers of previous years keeping the time in mind • Practice previous years’ question papers to understand the trends and patterns. • If you consult the seniors they will also recommend the same to score high in the board exam. • Solve those papers and keep the time in mind as if you are giving an exam in the actual exam hall. • Seat and finish one paper at a time and check your performance. • Try to solve at least 10 years’ previous papers ( choose convenience with Online Book Purchase) !
