Under this initiative, Urban Company CEO: all Urban Company employees will be allowed to take unlimited sick leaves if theyu2019re suffering from a mental or a physical illness, especially if they have contracted COVID- 19. Abhiraj Bhal(Urban company CEO and Co-founder) led Urban Company has partnered with a mental wellness platform, iWill which will address the psychological challenges faced by Urban Company employees. Any employee wishing to avail of the service would have to register on iWill, and thereafter, the employee would be connected with a psychologist. The employer Urban Company would bear all the charges for the psychologist consultation.
