Plan (B) :- Down Payment Plan with 12% Assured Return with BANK GUARANTEE, 12% Assured Return upto Completion & 1 year after Completion in form of Monthly PDC's of the amount paid. • At the time of Booking/30 Days :- 10% / 85% of BP (12% return on actual amount received) • On Possession / leasing :- 5% of BP + Along with allied charges + Any other charges or taxes as applicable.

Plan (C) :- Flexi Payment Plan with 12% Assured Return with BANK GUARANTEE , 12% Assured Return upto Completion & 1 year after Completion in form of Monthly PDC's of the amount paid. • At the time of Booking/30 Days :- 50% of BP (12% on Actual Amount received) • Remaining Payment Like Construction Link Plan without Assured Returns • After one Year from date of BhoomiPoojan :- 20% of BP • After two Year from date of BhoomiPoojan :- 20% of BP • On Possession / leasing :- 10% of BP + Along with allied charges + Any other charges or taxes as applicable.
