  3. How it works • Table Selection. • Order taking by Tablet / Android Mobiles. • Order Received by kitchen through wireless printer. • Billing calculated for manager. • Order Delivered. • Bill will auto calculated as per orders at manager desk. • Printing of Bill.

  4. Dashboard • Can See • Number of tables occupied and vacant. • Cash collected. • Waiting queue. • Feedback. • Pending KOT’s

  5. New order • Take order like Dine In, Take away and Home delivery. • For take away define time take away time. • For home delivery define the delivery boy.

  6. Update Order • Manager can delete or reject the dishes and orders. • Can update dishes from here or tablets. • Can shift the table if customer wants to shit. • Can change Dine In to Take Away or Home delivery.

  7. Kitchen Order Token (KOT) • Kitchen manager can see running orders. • Every dish have a preparation time if that time exceeds the KOT will be shown in RED color. • Manager can track current KOT’s and rejected dishes.

  8. All Orders • Manager can see all running as well as finished orders. • Can see details of full order. • Delete the whole order. • It includes dine in take away as well as home delivery.

  9. Feedback • Customer can write feedback from captain/waiter tablet. • That includes name of customer, contact number , comments and ratings.

  10. Waiting queue • Manager can see the queue that was entered by captain/waiter. • Can how man customers went away and how many served in. • Can see estimated time a customer wait for turn.

  11. Graphical reports • Manager can see many reports like • Dish sold the most. • Home Deliveries, take away and Dine In complete report with date range. • Day end reports and email. • Rejected dishes • Etc.
