Kitchen Order Token (KOT) • Kitchen manager can see running orders. • Every dish have a preparation time if that time exceeds the KOT will be shown in RED color. • Manager can track current KOT’s and rejected dishes.
All Orders • Manager can see all running as well as finished orders. • Can see details of full order. • Delete the whole order. • It includes dine in take away as well as home delivery.
Feedback • Customer can write feedback from captain/waiter tablet. • That includes name of customer, contact number , comments and ratings.
Waiting queue • Manager can see the queue that was entered by captain/waiter. • Can how man customers went away and how many served in. • Can see estimated time a customer wait for turn.
