Fact Sheet ACCOLENT E-WHOLESALE Accolent e-Wholesale Customer Self-Service Portal Online e-Wholesale Customer Self- Service Portal Features •Comprehensive online customer self-service portal •Fully integrated with the Accolent ERP database eliminating the need for separate maintenance of data •Select which products can be purchased through the self-service customer portal simply by flagging in Accolent ERP •Place new orders and check on the status of existing orders •Reorder from past transactions, search for products from the catalog or purchase from Order Guides - which are “suggested order” lists of items •Customer-specific setting to allow purchase either from the whole catalog of available items or only from the Order Guides or both •Ability for customers to place orders using their part numbers or yours •E-wholesale self-service portal reflects all of the customer-specific negotiated pricing, discounts, shipping and payment terms •Access to full account details and history, purchases (including products purchased) and payments •Can pay any open invoices immediately or purchase on account (with agreed terms) •Set up preferred online payment options (such as MasterCard, VISA, or PayPal) that customers can select from •Review account statements and pay individual invoices or groups of invoices Overview Accolent e-Wholesale is an online customer self-service portal. Using the e-Wholesale self-service portal, existing customers are able to place new orders and see the status of current orders. Customers with established credit and payment terms can purchase on account or pay any open invoices. Customers have full access to their account details and history and can review their past invoices and payments and produce a statement. The Accolent e-Wholesale customer portal is delivered as a front-end website that communicates in real-time with the Accolent database. There is no special maintenance required to make certain that information displayed on the e-Wholesale customer portal is current. Any change to a product’s description or list price in Accolent ERP or any customer transaction will automatically be reflected on the e- Wholesale portal. The e-Wholesale portal can be launched directly or called from an existing corporate website. It uses standard CSS style sheets and so can be easily changed by a web designer to deliver a different look and feel. Accolent ® Requirements Accolent e-Retail is an optional module that is integrated with Accolent ERP and must be purchased separately. The e-Retail web store accommodates up to 50 concurrent visitors. At greater traffic levels, visitors will be queued and may have to wait.
