Donations of Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation

Founded in 1989, the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation has donated millions to charities supporting healthcare and education - locally, nationally and globally. On a local level, millions of dollars have gone towards educational grants, scholarships and building libraries. National causes include supporting free community clinics and causes such as the March of Dimes. On a global level, the foundation supports Samaritanu2019s Purse by donating equipment used in clinics across poverty stricken regions around the world. The foundation also funds clean water initiatives, childhood vaccinations programs, educational grants, new medical clinics and medical missions to treat blindness with free cataract removal surgeries and pediatric congenital heart defects.

Donations of Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation Donations of Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation Founded in 1989, the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation has donated millions to charities supporting healthcare and education - locally, nationally and globally. On a local level, millions of dollars have gone towards educational grants, scholarships and building libraries. National causes include supporting free community clinics and causes such as the March of Dimes. On a global level, the foundation supports Samaritan’s Purse by donating equipment used in clinics across poverty stricken regions around the world. The foundation also funds clean water initiatives, childhood vaccinations programs, educational grants, new medical clinics and medical missions to treat blindness with free cataract removal surgeries and pediatric congenital heart defects. The Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation and the Prime Healthcare Foundation are dedicated to improving access to healthcare by supporting nonprofit community-based hospitals and organizations and by increasing educational opportunities in healthcare. 2005 Dr. Prem Reddy and the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation donate more than $157,000 to a wide variety of healthcare, health and education-related programs including: • Missionaries of Charity • Cure a Little Heart Foundation • American Cancer Society • Cooper Home • Victor Valley College • Salvation Army 2006 Dr. Prem Reddy and the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation donate more than $560,000 to a wide variety of healthcare, health and education-related programs including: • CSUSB • Western University of Health Sciences • UC Berkeley Foundation • Oakland Military Institute • Happy Trails Children’s Foundation • Victor Valley Community Hospital Foundation • Battered Women’s Shelter • YMCA • Apple Valley Community Activities League 2007 Dr. Prem Reddy and the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation donate more than $488,000 to a wide variety of healthcare, health and education-related programs including: • Jankalyan Medical Society • Anaheim Community Foundation • Cure a Little Heart Foundation • Union Rescue Mission • Toys for Tots • Samaritan’s Helping Hand • American Cancer Society • American Heart Association 2008 Dr. Prem Reddy and the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation donate a total of nearly $155,000 to a wide variety of healthcare, health and education-related programs including: • St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation • Victor Valley College District Foundation • American Heart Association • Cal Poly Pomona Foundation • American Heart Association • ADA Research Foundation • UCLA Foundation

County Race for the Cure • Sunset Hills Children’s Foundation • Senior and Disabled Fund of San Bernardino County • American Cancer Society • Garden Grove Hospital Guild • Victor Valley Rescue Mission 2011 Dr. Prem Reddy and the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation donate a total of more than $2.9 million to a wide variety of healthcare, health and education-related programs including: • Indo-American Cancer Foundation • Sree Vidyanikethan Education Society • High Desert Resource Network • William J. Clinton Foundation • St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation • Victor Valley College Foundation 2012 Dr. Prem Reddy and the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation donate a total of more than $4.4 million to a wide variety of healthcare, health and education-related programs including: • The North American Telugu Association • Dominican University of California • Alzheimer’s Association • Valley Cultural Center • Assistance League of Victor Valley • Rescue Mission Alliance January 2012: Prime Healthcare Foundation gave $15,000 to the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital Gala. March 2012: Prime Healthcare Foundation gave $145,538 to the Shasta Community Health Center, Inc. HOPE Van, which is equipped with two exam rooms to provide medical or dental treatment to economically or disadvantaged communities in Shasta County and surrounding areas. 2013 Dr. Prem Reddy pledges $40 million through the Prime Healthcare Foundation to establish the California University of Science and Medicine, a non-profit medical school located in San Bernardino County, California. Dr. Prem Reddy and the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation donate more than $5.1 million to a wide variety of healthcare, health and education-related programs including:

  3. • Goodwill of Southern California • CSUSB Philanthropic Foundation • Samaritan’s Purse • American Heart Association • Access to Healthcare Network • Victor Valley College Foundation • American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter Donations of Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation 2014 Dr. Prem Reddy and the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation donate more than $2.8 million to a wide variety of healthcare, health and education-related programs including: • Venice Family Clinic • YMCA, Make a Wish Foundation • Boys and Girls Club • The Midnight Mission • World Children’s Initiative Among the donations this year is $2 million to Victor Valley College, the largest single charitable gift received by the college in its 53-year history. The donation goes toward the construction of the Dr. Prem Reddy Health and Sciences Building, bringing Dr. Reddy’s total support for the college to approximately $5.5 million. 2015 Dr. Prem Reddy and the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation donate a total of nearly $2.9 million to a wide variety of healthcare, health and education-related programs including: • American Nepal Medical Foundation • Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership • Foundation for Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases • Cristo Rey Kansas Sisters of Charity • Westside Children’s Center • Scholarship America • March of Dimes • Oakland Military Institute • Alzheimer’s Association 2016 Dr. Prem Reddy and the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation donate more than $2.4 million to a wide variety of healthcare, health and education-related programs including: • Bucks County Community College Foundation • Loma Linda University Medical Center Foundation • Apple Valley Community Resource Foundation • Oakland Military Institute • Westside Children’s Center and Scholarship America • Nevada Academy Family Physicians Foundation • Victor Valley Domestic Violence, Inc. TOTAL DONATIONS | Since 1998 Approximately $75 million, including $5 million in medical equipment donations to Africa and Armenia. In addition, since 2002 the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation has donated a total of $1.138 million in scholarships to high school and college students pursuing careers in the health sciences through its annual scholarship program.
