Receiving an invitation from the concerned visa department, meeting health requirements is also essential for different visa procedures. https://www.kansaz.in

  3. Differences Under Each Stream Even though the initiation for these visas seems similar yet there are differences between each stream. Subclass 189 Visa It is basically an Australia Skilled Independent Visa which will turn permanent once granted. An applicant is required to nominate an occupation based on a medium to long term occupation list. Based on this, the applicant will receive an invitation from the department for initiating the visa. Subclass 190 Visa It is a state nominated skilled visa where the applicant is to be nominated by a state province or Australian state government before an invitation from the Department. The applicant can choose to nominate an occupation on either of the medium or long term list. He or she needs to make a commitment of living and working in the state territory for at least 2 years from the date of visa grant. There are certain obligations the applicant is required to work and settle for a minimum of two years in the nominating state. https://www.kansaz.in
