  2. There are seven basic chakras in the human body. These seven chakras are the points of energy of our body. Out of these seven chakras, Muladhara Chakra is presuming to be the first chakra, this chakra is related to human instinct and stability in our life. Muladhara Chakra or Moola Chakra (Root Chakra) This is the first of the primary chakras of the human body. Muladhara is also called root base, Adhar, the first chakra, base, or root chakra. This is the first chakra of our body and the basis of the life force.

  3. Our body is governed by chakras, these are energy centers, which help in bringing the life force to all the components of the body. You can develop these chakras by developing prana powers through meditation and yoga. In the Yog Shastras, a detailed description of all the seven chakras present in humans is available.

  4. Location of Muladhara Chakra or Root Chakra Muladhara Chakra is the chakra where the ‘root’ with the Kundalini Shakti, which operates the body, is based or located. This chakra is located in the middle of the anus and penis root under the body, which feels a bit like a bulge from other places. Under the body, the root is a flesh body of the Shiva Linga figure. Since this Kundalini, which is the governing power of the body and remains the same, is wrapped in three-and-a-half rounds in this original flesh body, the root of this meat and where it is based is called Muladhara Chakra.

  5. Muladhara Chakra is a triangular shape of the fire character, in which the root with the Kundalini is situated. At the three vertical corners of this triangle, Ingla, Pingala, and Sushumna come together. Mooladhara Chakra Mantra The location of this chakra is the lowest position of the spine, its basic mantra is “LAM”.

  6. One should first do pranayama and chant the mantra by focusing his attention on the Mooladhara chakra. Slowly the chakra is awake. Muladhara Chakra Powers The color of this chakra is red which symbolizes Power. Power means energy, speed, awakening, and development. If the Muladhara Chakra is active and balanced then there is positive progress in human life.

  7. Balanced and active mooladhara chakra helps in bringing positive energy, enthusiasm, and development to human beings. If it is impure or closed, then negative qualities such as lethargy, selfishness, and physical feelings become stronger in a human being. This chakra has an effective effect on your heart and mind. Therefore it is very important to be balanced.
