Introduction • Success is the feeling of happiness and satisfaction when you achieve your goals and targets. • The goals might be Material, Emotional or Spiritual in nature. • Success is something every individual craves but only few get it. • The secret to achieving success lies in a clear goal backed by a smart blueprint on how to achieve it and put into action in a disciplined manner. • The attributes of Empathy, Kindness and Integrity must be included in your definition of success because they ensure that you are not just known as a successful person but also as an admired person who gives back to the society.
The only way to do great work is to love what you do. Steve Jobs The founder of Apple and a brilliant innovator Steve jobs said that to be successful it is very important to love what you do. If you do not have passion for what you are doing be it in a job or as an entrepreneur you will never be able to achieve the excellence you’ll crave in your job/business, simply because passion is what drives you to keep going in the most difficult of times. You’ll know that however dark it might be right now, this is what I love to do and I’ll keep doing it irrespective of how many hurdles life throws at me. One should know that there is no path to success that is devoid of difficulties and also that once you overcome your difficulties as a virtue of your determination and passion towards what you do, there will always be light at the end of the tunnel.

From drawing on cave walls to flying in aeroplanes & constructing huge buildings, Humans have come a long way due to their imagination and their dedication & belief in converting this vision into reality. So don’t wait for the opportunity to knock, create a door yourself and do whatever it takes to materialise your dream.

Otherwise repeating the same thing again and again and expecting different results is a mark of insanity and won’t lead you anywhere near your goals. There needs to be a schedule that you should strictly adhere to and deadlines assigned to every small task that you must meet to be able to stitch your dream together. There is no room for things like ‘I am not in a mood right now to do this particular thing’, what is to be done at a particular time according to the schedule must be done at that time irrespective of your mood; only then will you be able to transform into a disciplined and determined individual.
