  2. Make sure the development of essential skills and player satisfaction is given top priority in your youth soccer league. Create a welcoming and encouraging environment so that participants may develop. Encourage coaches to emphasize skill-building exercises that provide kids with a fun, engaging opportunity to practice their techniques, including drills and small-sided games.

Playing like a Warrior means having great sportsmanship win or lose, never giving up, and always giving your 100% no matter what. We want to teach kids that it doesn't matter if you win or lose, if you improve your game and give it your all, you are a Warrior and a Champion!

  4. A youth soccer league should teach the virtues of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play. Stress the value of always showing respect to teammates, opponents, officials, and coaches. Encourage participants to shake hands after games, no matter the outcome, and acknowledge successes with modesty.

Establish official profiles on social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to publish information about the game, player bios, and behind-the-scenes videos.
