You can’t simply avoid it. Often your environment, say when your work pressure, headache is common. If this gets worse, one can get giddiness Headache can be both mild and severe in the head. It can also attack the neck or the upper back. Most of the time a headache occurs due to stress which occurs due to a long time in front of the computer, noisy environment, etc. Tension in muscles of the neck, scalp, and jaw may also lead to headaches. We usually deal with this by advising sound sleep or taking in counter aspirin to relieve the pain Of course, we can’t sleep in public places as such. But, we may have aspirin when we have a headache. Don’t worry about it! There are easiest ways for pain management and we can do it anywhere, i.e. massage. When we suffer from headaches, we can help ourselves with self-massage. This is simple to work in all places Here are four easy ways to heal headaches: Eye Exercise — Close your eyes. Above the cheekbones of your eyes place your middle finger. Now give a slight massage for this area, gently but firmly in circular movements for 1 minute, 1/2

  2. Eye to nose run – Use your thumb and move along the underside of your eyebrows. Feel carefully all those places where this bone meets the edge of your nose and eyes. Now find that point where there is a small indentation. With very gentle and low pressure, press your thumbs into the tips. You can do this four times by holding this area down for 10 seconds in each press. Neck Exercise — Massage by moving the fingers to the back of your head and the base of your skull. Especially at the top of your neck, at the base of your skull. Gentle pressure for a minute with fingertips in gentle circular movements. Scalp massage – Let your palms massage your scalp on top of your skull for one minute gently. Once you have done all these massages, start taking a deep breath. Lift your shoulders towards your ears for five to ten seconds to relieve the remaining pain, then let them fall back into their natural position. You’ll feel better when you can do it several times. Your massage will relieve your headaches and your head will be lighter. 2/2
