As a business valuation and damage calculation expert witness, I have provided testimony in over 200 cases in state and federal courts. My clients have included Fortune 500 companies, major law firms, insurance companies, and small businesses. I have been qualified as an expert witness by the Superior Court of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the State of California. In addition, I am a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, and a Forensic Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) accredited by the American Institute of CPAs. As a business valuation expert, I have performed valuations of closely-held businesses for purposes such as purchase price allocation, shareholder disputes, estate planning, gifting , divorce litigation ,and mergers and acquisitions . I have also calculated economic damages in patent infringement litigation , breach of contract disputes , employment disputes , antitrust matters , and other commercial disputes . In addition to

As an expert witness in business valuation and damage calculation, I have provided testimony in over 200 cases in state and federal courts.
