Key Software Features Current Challenge: Many organizations provide canteen facility to its employees with subsidized facility as a welfare measure, but proper management of meals per employee is a “battle-to-win-situation”. eSparsh Canteen Master provides a user friendly system that facilitates employees, department and vendors a quick and efficient operation to cover larger section of employees for an organization. Our motive is to go-green so as paperless and cashless transaction solution our system is also compatible in an environment where multiple Caterers operate in a closed environment or at multiple locations.

Reports • Consolidated Report(employee wise) • Here we can take canteen usage report of employees for a specified date range. • Individual Report(employee wise) • Here we can take the canteen usage report of an employee for a specified date range. • Item wise flash report • This report gives us the canteen usage with respect to Items like Breakfast, lunch etc.
