  2. Sports Performance Trainer My experience as a young athlete was both extremely difficult and profoundly amazing at the same time.  Training was hard, competition was fierce, coaches were trying, but when I succeeded, I soared and I loved every second of it. Today, I’m able to fully appreciate what sports brought me. It has taken me around the world.  It has provided life-long relationships and memories.  It has had it’s ups and downs and wins and challenges.  But perhaps, more than anything, it has taught me about passion, an invaluable lesson for anyone, but especially an athlete in training.

  3. Athlete Training Program Every athlete will be subject to an initial screening prior to the start of training. This practice will help 360 identify the difficulty level of activities as well as measure the athlete’s mental and physical state prior to tailoring an individual training program to best fit their needs. We will review the three target areas—Visual, Psychological and Physical—that make up the 360 protocol.

  4. Sports Performance Program Seconds before any physical action actually happens, the outcome of that action is already being ascertained by the brain. Athletes take in information from various senses. The brain simultaneously processes and prioritizes this input in context to the athlete’s experience, understanding and ability to make performance-critical decisions. For the best result, sense and process must happen efficiently before the body even starts to move.

  5. Focus Training Program An athlete’s mental activity is as vital, if not more significant, than physical ability to succeed in sports. The trick to learning to stay in the present is by clearing the mind from external and internal distraction to maximize performance on any given day.

  6. Sports And Athlete Performance Program Athletic movement can only be expressed when an athlete has a strong, symmetrical, and stable body. Optimizing foundational movements  this is the cornerstone of our approach to performance development. By assessing an athlete’s quality of movement we can accurately apply the correct intervention to restore movement, remove risk of injury and increase durability in their game.

  7. Athlete Training Program Result Building better athletes requires more  time and  more than a one-size-fits-all training program. When 360 knows and understands everything about an athlete, from their strengths to their challenges and from their brains to their bodies, trainers can prescribe a complete and dynamic improvement model designed to optimize the performance of that athlete, whatever the sport such as hockey, baseball, tennis, golf, basketball, soccer, lacrosse.

  8. Athlete Performance Action Showtime. This is where the athlete applies the knowledge gained through 360 training and runs with it. The output that results from following the 360 Athlete protocol is entirely up to the individual commitment, but will be evident in any physical expression of athletic performance that reflects the results of hard work and the mental confidence that comes with becoming a better athlete.

  9. Success Stories Testimonials 80% of real athletes dedicate to their sports train about 4 to to 5 hours off field, ice or court training a week.top training centers, like nike, IMG and US Airforce Academy has sports vision training programs. “360 is the most up-to-date and advanced training that I have found for the high-level athlete or tennis player improving explosivenss, balance and efficient movement on the court or field. The eye and mental training is like nothing else on the market. It was good enough that I had to start participating with my athletes. If you are a top-level athlete, there is no other option in the Chicagoland area.” Jason Winnegar, USTA High-Performance Coach , Director of Lincolnshire Elite Tennis Academy
