Prof. LisbethCampins Autor: Angel Arias El articulo 88 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Publico Municipal son atribuciones del Alcalde: Hacer cumplir el marco jurídico venezolano Dirigir el gobierno y la administración municipal bajo los principio de eficacia y eficiencia Ejecutar ,dirigir e inspeccionar los servicios y obras municipales Presidir el Consejo Local de Planificación Publica Presentar en el primer trimestre del año , su rendición de cuentas de la gestión publica y administrativa del año económico precedente Entes descentralizados que apoyan el desarrollo de la gestión municipal
