  2. How to Use Your Canon Printer to Take Out Prints From a Chromebook Gone are the times when you were only able to take out prints from a laptop or PC. Now, you can get prints from any device and all it takes is a wireless printer and a good Wi-Fi connection.

  3. Establish a connection between your network and your printer • Turn on your printer. • Press the Wi-Fi button after it gets on. • After a while, you’ll see that the LED light is blinking. • Now, take a look at your Wi-Fi router, and press the WPS button on it. • Press and hold the button for at least two minutes and you’ll see that a connection has been established.

  4. Add your Chromebook printer to Google cloud printer • Turn on your Chromebook and open Google Chrome. • At the top-right, you’ll see three vertical dots, from there, open the “Customize and Control Google Chrome” option. • Then, open the “Settings” that you’ll find right there only. • It will take you to the “Settings” window, from there, scroll down till you find the “advanced” option. • It will take you to another set of options and from there, you’ll see the Printing section. • Click on the “Google Cloud Print” and then open the “Manage devices” option. • From the new set of options, choose “Add Printers”. • After doing that, you’ll see a list of printers connected to the Chromebook. • Find yours, add a tick in front of it, and hit the “Add” option.

  5. Give the print command • First of all, open any document that needs to be printed from your Chromebook. • After opening the document, find and click on the Settings/File option. • Now, either you can find and click on the print option or just press Ctrl+P. • It will open up the wizard and then you’ll have to set the printing parameters. • After confirming everything, click on the print option.
