  1. Employee Hygiene Training Difficult Conversations Series

  2. Professional trainers offers a variety of safety and health training courses. These courses are taught and provided by experienced instructors who are skilled in providing industrial hygiene services.

  3. What is Personal Hygiene Personal hygiene is the care and maintenance of personal hygiene. Business owners may be sensitive about the personal hygiene of their employees.

  4. It is difficult to deal with an employee whose personal hygiene has an impact on the workplace. Bad hygiene can manifest itself in body odor, untidy hair, and urine smells. Hygiene issues can be caused by many factors including cultural differences, personal problems, mental health issues, poor grooming habits, and medical issues. Do not assume that one of these causes is the problem. Also, be aware that you are not violating nondiscrimination laws when dealing with hygiene issues.

  5. It's easy for employees to spread germs quickly by clicking away on keyboards, touching door handles and sharing vending machines. It is essential to maintain a healthy and safe workplace.

  6. Consider creating a separate hygiene and grooming policy for the workplace and/or including personal hygiene expectations into your dress code and personal appearance policies. Please be as specific as you can and give examples of your company's expectations. Once you've confirmed that there is a hygiene problem, talk to the employee. The conversation should take place face-to-face in a private setting. An employee should not be informed about a hygiene problem anonymously, by email or in any other indirect manner. Let another employee know that you will deal with the situation. Set the scene by telling the employee that you are going to be discussing a difficult topic during the meeting. Sometimes, employees may not be aware that there is a problem and may need more information. Give an explanation and treat the employee with respect. Avoid using judgmental language and use factual terms. If applicable, cite your policy and explain how the situation affects the business.

  7. Communicate your expectations and next steps to the employee at the end of the meeting. Take notes of the conversation and the next steps that were taken by the company and employee. This microlearning course teaches simple, practical ways everyone can keep their workplace clean. It uses microlearning to teach you how to use microlearning. This short course can be taken while you are on break, or in the workplace to spread the message. This course was created to assist anyone working in the industry to ensure that they follow the government's guidelines at work and to show the public that the workplace follows these guidelines. This course will briefly review hygiene practices and provide guidance on how to limit the spread of Covid 19.

  8. The Employee Hygiene training is designed to help you build a culture of excellence in hygiene at work. It includes six modules that explore core components of food safety and provide templates, tools, and guidance from hygiene experts. Different workplaces will have different hygiene requirements. Additional protection may be required for certain industries or tasks. Hygiene in the workplace is essential because it contributes towards a healthy workforce. A happy workforce is more productive and happier. Workers take fewer sick days when they are in a healthy workplace. Employees will be able to understand the expectations and can feel less awkward. We also offer specialized training both on-site and off-site on any topic related to industrial hygiene. These courses can be tailored to meet your needs and facility.
