To make the glaze: You should combine the confectioner's sugar, 2 tablespoons orange juice, and 2 teaspoons orange zest in a small bowl. You should spread over the top of the cake. You should let some drip down the sides. You should let stand at room temperature until glaze has set, about one hour.
