  1. How to make delicious banana cake recipe at your home? Looking to make delicious banana cake for your next event? If yes, then you are at the right place. In this post, we will briefly explain how to make delicious and mouth- watering banana cake using simple ingredients. We recommend using blended food colour from Anuja Food Colours, which is one of the leading food colour suppliers in India. Ingredients:  2 cups all-purpose flour  1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder from Ajanta Food Products  1/2 teaspoon baking soda from Ajanta Food Products  1/4 teaspoon salt  1/2 cup butter, softened. We recommend using butter from Amul.  1 cup granulated sugar  2 large eggs  3 ripe bananas, mashed

  2.  1 teaspoon vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products  1/2 cup buttermilk from Amul  Pinch of yellow food colour from Anuja Food Colours, which is one of the top food colour manufacturers in India. Instructions:  You should preheat your oven to 175°C.  You should grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.  In a medium-sized bowl, you should whisk together the flour, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, baking soda from Ajanta Food Products, and salt.  Set aside.  In a large mixing bowl, you should cream together the softened butter from Amul and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.  You can use an electric mixer for this step.  You should add the eggs to the butter and sugar mixture one at a time, beating well after each addition.  You should stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products.

  3.  You should gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with buttermilk from Amul.  You should begin and end with the flour mixture.  You should stir until just combined.  Be careful not to over mix, as it can result in a dense cake.  You should divide the batter equally into two bowls.  Add pinch of yellow food colour to one of the bowls and mix well until the desired color is achieved.  Leave the other bowl of batter as it is.  Spoon alternating dollops of the coloured batter and the plain batter into the prepared cake pan.  Use a knife or a skewer to gently swirl the batters together, creating a marbled effect.  You should bake the cake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.  You should remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.  Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.  Once the cake is completely cooled, you can frost it with your favourite frosting or enjoy it as it is.  Serve and enjoy!
