  1. Spiti Cycling Tour Detailed tour plan Day- 00 On Arrival Welcome to Manali. Stay- Mantra Cottages/ The Green Mountain lodge. Day -01: Manali to Solang valley For Accamlization (46 KM) First Day we will ride to Solang valley from Manali. First day is for Acclimatization purpose of Manali Kinnaur cycling tour. You will meet and acquaint with team members, prepare for the cycling tour ahead, and complete paperwork formalities. After Solang valley back to the hotel and Stay. Meal:-Lunch & Dinner Stay:-Hotel Mantra Cottage/ The Green Mountain lodge

  2. Day 02: Manali –Jana -Bhunter (75 KM-6hrs) After early morning breakfast at 8:30 will start our ride to Bhuntur via Jana waterfall. After having lunch at Jana waterfall will start for Bhunter. Check in and stay at Bhunter. Meal:- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Stay:-Hotel Malabar Day 03: Bhunter to Jibhi (52KM-6hrs) Today wiil start our journey for Jibhi. 70 percent of the route is uphill will take time. Jibhi is the right place to relax after a long ride. .An offbeat place in Himachal Pradesh, Jibhi is untouched by industrialization and surrounded by nature. Check in at Home stay. Meal : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Stay : Nature’s Lap resort. Day 04: Jibhi to Aani via Jalori Pass (45 KM) Will start our ride with initial 12 km uphill and crossing then Downhill for Aani. Today will cover 45 km to Aani from Jibhi. Check in and stay at . Meal : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Stay : Hotel Atul regency Day 05: Aani to Rampur (54 km)

  3. After breakfast will get ready for the Rampur.You cycle past local apple orchards and forested hills of the lower Himalayas. The place abounds with conifers, oaks, and apples. The air is bracing, and cycling should be fun for most part of the day, save for some short and steep inclines which actually do the good of preparing you for the journey ahead. Will Stay overnight at Rampur. Meal : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Stay : Hotel Busherar Regency Day 06: Rampur to Sarahan (35 km) Today journey start for Sarahan. We will finish our cycling at Rampur for the day to get some much needed rest before we start hitting the higher roads and stiffer climbs. Meal : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Stay : Camp Stay. Day 07: Sarahan to Tapri (52KM) Today will ride till Tapri and will covera distance of 52km. Check in and stay at Tapri. Tapri is a small Village/hamlet in Nichar Tehsil in Kinnaur District. It is located 19 KM towards west from District head quarters Reckong Peo. 12 KM from Nichar. 116 KM from State capital Shimla. Check in and stay at Tapri. Meal : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Stay : Camp Stay Day 08: Tapri to Sangla (30 KM)

  4. Today will ride till Sangla. this stretch will be uphill gaining a height of nearly 800 mtr for a few short downhill rolls and uphill climbs, this section isn’t really hard-going. Meal : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Stay : Hotel batseri Day 09: Sangla-Chitkul-Sangla (45km) Today ride will be to Chitkul and back to Sangla. Chitkul locate don Baspa river and is the last village on indo tibet Border. After sightseeing back to Sangla and stay at Sangla. Meal : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Stay :Hotel Batseri Day 10: Sangla to Kalpa (40 km) Today journey start for Kalpa. In the first 30-35km of this stretch, we will gain upto 420 m to reach an altitude of 1990 m. Except for a few short downhill rolls and uphill climbs, this section isn’t really hard-going. What’s tough is the final 15km of the day’s ride. It is a steep uphill ascent in which you gain as much as 835 m to end the day at Kalpa, a high altitude, beautiful place in Kinnaur that offers breathtaking views of 6000-plus meter high Himalayan peaks. Stay at Kalpa Meal : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Stay : The grand Shambala The above rates include the following as:-

Check in/ out time is 12 noon -Accommodation Manali onward till Kalpa. -Service of attendant and Helper during camping -Full board basis starting with Dinner in Manali till Breakfast on departure from Kaza (breakfast & dinner would be hot and we provide packed lunches during long rides or excursions) -One back up van & Tempo traveller (utility or pick up jeep for your baggage & gears only) -Accompanied co - coordinator for the entire tour (not riding mountain bikes) -Entrances to place of visit & Inner line Permit (camera fee not included) -Presently applicable taxes Cost Does Not Include Any airfare/ train fare, any other meal than mentioned in itinerary, any personal or travel Insurance, tips, gratuities, portage, laundry, telephone calls, table drinks or any other expenses of personal nature, any item not specified under cost inclusions. IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL POINTS:- -It is in the nature of a tour of this kind (Adventure Tour) to be flexible. The day to day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to rain, landslides, flood, conflict, internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes. Any alterations in programmes and any extra expenses thus incurred due to any reason beyond our control has to be settled directly if such charges come up to make necessary amendments and arrangements for a safe passage. Failing direct settlement of expenses, the company in operation would have to furnish us a guarantee of payment in writing and make payments before the tour services terminates. -Mountain Biking is an adventure activity and the rates do not cover any insurance, risk cover, damages, claims etc. A person coming on adventure tour has to be covered for adventure travel & activities apart from normal travel insurance. Snow Peak travels or any of its service providers would not be liable in any case for any mishap/ loss etc.

  6. -Your participation in a trip is entirely at your own risk. We are NOT responsible or liable for any injuries you may suffer, fatal or otherwise. Also, we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage to your property, irrespective of how any damage may have been caused. -We will provide 01 support vehicle (utility jeep or mini truck as per the group strength) which would carry client baggage and camping gears only -Damage of the cycles of any kind due to any accident/ fall or any other reason etc during the tour would have to be paid by the guest as per actual cost occurred for the damage. -The accompanying guide (coordinator) would not ride the cycle but would follow the group in the support vehicle only -Group members would have to get own helmets/ knee guard/ elbow guards/ shoes/ biking trousers & jackets. Wearing a helmet is mandatory IMPORTANT NOTE: Services subject to 80 % advance payments only Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary / stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control. Please note, the names of hotels mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey the confirmations to you on receipt of your acceptance. However in the event of any of the above mentioned hotels not becoming available at the time of initiating the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates ( supplement/reduction whatever applicable ) to you. Company Liability:- Person booking any of group departure or tour of Fireballs Adventures would have to give an undertaking stating that he / she has been communicated very clearly all the Terms & Conditions of the tour and he/ she understand fully the risks involved in a tour of this kind and incase of any death, accident, mishap that may occur during the course of tour would be his/ her sole responsibility and the company or any of its associates/team members would not be responsible or liable in any case.

  7. The booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in holidays of this kind. Fireballs Adventures, along with our leaders/guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday. The cost is for the entire package and there would be no refunds in case any part of the package is not availed.
