You should ask the heating engineer about the type that fulfils your need well. 2.Boiler Size– For deciding the size of the boiler, you must tell the heating engineer about the space available for the boiler installation and your heating and hot water needs. 3.About the servicing– You should ask the engineer about the annual servicing and whether or not the maintenance is included. 4.Accreditation of the company– Check whether the company has a team of qualified engineers and is it accredited and monitored by trade and industry bodies. 5.Explanation of the warranty– You must ask what needs to be done to maintain the terms of the warranty.
