  1. 7 Essential Things You Should Always Include In Your Backpack while Traveling Hi, my name is Zaid and I have for the last 5 years spent being a full-time traveller. I have been to many countries, I Have lived in hotels, I have lived in tiny apartments, and I have lived out of suitcases. So, it becomes essential for me to travel light and carry with me only some of the most important things.

  2. Headphones- My headphones are one of my favorite they are noise-cancelling headphones. When I put them on a flight and activate the noise cancelling, I realized how noisy a plane is. 2. Day Pack- A Day Pack is very important especially if you plan to go climbing, hiking and camping. This is a male equivalent to a purse, you can put your headphones, water bottle, chargers and more. You have to make sure that you have durable things so you don’t get wrecked.

  3. Waterbottle- A water bottle keeps cool drinks cool and hot drinks hot. I usually have a carabiner and I usually attach it to my belt. 4. Shampoo and Moulding Clay-When you travel you gotta look good and smell good, so I make sure I always carry with me a shampoo and a moulding clay for hair. You will spend only 2 seconds styling your hair which is really cool.

  4. Black Shoes-I highly recommend getting just a simple pair of black shoes. They are not gonna get scuffed up while travelling. My shoes are super light and take next to no room in my suitcase. You can dress them up and down they are very versatile. 6. Travel Journals- Travel Journals are a great tool when you are travelling to write down ideas. You can write down your thoughts and play games here.

  5. Sunglasses- If you are travelling somewhere really hot Sunglasses becomes really handy. It protects my eyes from the heat rays, dust and many more things.
