  1. How to Grow Business? 1.   Management - is the main pillar for growing a business consistently. People sitting at this position must be fit physically as well as mentally as they have to take key decisions for the organization. Merely having physically fit will not help and merely mentally fit will not help to make decisions. Then a required quality is that his education, experience, and knowledge must fit the position. Merely Education or experience or knowledge will not serve the purpose. There should be a proper mix of all these. Moreover, he must be alert, focused, and disciplined. If the management person is young, maybe aged between 25 to 45 or as you decide, your business will grow at a fast pace. Because young leadership will take conscious, risky, and long-term decisions.
