For those who might have planned for a short trip to the international destinations before the pandemic, its been more disappointing to accept the reality. For those who might have planned for a short trip to the international destinations before the pandemic, its been more disappointing to accept the reality. Since every mortal is helpless in the current situation, abiding by the imposed restrictions is the only remedy to stay safe. Image source by instagram I know some of you might have even planned to dine out in the best restaurants in the last few days as soon as the nation resumes normality but that would be time worthy with regard to the adopted measures. Till then the prior concern in everyone’s life is to stay healthy throughout rather than giving up to eating disorders. Being honest, the healthy foods however aren’t a notch away to fulfil your expectations. You can always try out something new from your diet chart and impress your family in serving the delicious dishes right away with decorations

And if you are gluten sensitive, don’t forget to check its label before using! As some oats might get contaminated while catering to processing, don’t miss to run your eyes if its pure or gluten free.
