INTRODUCTION OF MICROSOFT 365 • Microsoft Office 365 is a Cloud-based office application that let you control Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, Publisher and Lync from any of the devices such as your PC, Mac, or Tablet with a subscription license for every user to use them on a maximum of five PCs, Macs, or Tablets at the same time.

  4. STEP-1 • Login to your Office 365 portal and navigate to the Admin Center.

  5. STEP-2 • Tap "Users and Groups".

  6. STEP-3 • Tap the plus symbol (+) above your list of user names.

  7. STEP-4 • Fill out the new user’s name and username.

  8. STEP-5 • Tap "Next" and choose whether or not the user should have Admin Rights or be associated with any of your roles and existing groups.

  9. STEP-6 • Choose the user’s location.

  10. STEP-7 • Tap "Next" to select the licenses and products your new user will have access to.

  11. STEP-8 • Tap "Next" when you are ready and after that, type the email addresses that you would like to use to receive the welcome email and temporary password.

  12. STEP-9 • Tap "Create" and you will get a confirmation screen when the user is created.
