  1. Ribociclib An Anticancer Therapy for Treating Breast Cancer

  2. Use of Ribociclib Treat pre- or postmenopausal women with HR +Ve, HER2 -Ve, advanced or metastatic breast cancer, as initial endocrine-based therapy. It is a new oral anti-cancer treatment that helps resist the spread of disease in patients with breast cancer longer than using Femara alone.

  3. Strength of Ribociclib Starting dose of Ribociclib is 600 mg orally (three 200 mg tablets) taken once a day for 21 consecutive days followed by 7 days off treatment. Ribociclib needs to be taken orally, with or without food.

  4. Precautions of Ribociclib Patients should not consume pomegranate/pomegranate juice or grapefruit/grapefruit juice. Ribociclib might not be a good option for individuals with liver disease. Use appropriate birth control during the therapy and for at least 21 days after the final dose. During therapy, regular monitoring of your heart and liver function is required.
