ABOUT US ABOUT US Dayitwa NGO envisions growing as an idea across regions, economies, and countries using urban discard as a tool to alleviate poverty and enhance the dignity of the world’s underprivileged people. Address basic but neglected issues of the poor by involving them in evolving their solutions with dignity and urban material as a reward. Dayitwa views every entity as equal stakeholder in the process of development rather than observing hierarchical relationships. In the race of development, we all are too focused on machines i.e. the big and known issues, ignoring the needles- the most important basic needs. Dayitwa Foundation, an Indian social development organization, is directly benefitting over 15 lakh children and their families every year. We have more than 400 live welfare projects on education, healthcare, livelihood, and women’s empowerment in over 2,000 remote villages and urban slums across 25 states of India. Dayitwa has built a network of communities from urban to village India, channelizing material as a tool to address crucial gaps in rural infrastructure, water, environment, livelihood, education, health, disaster relief and rehabilitation. Its engagement with both the urban and rural population has galvanized a mass civic participation in addressing basic but neglected issues. Dayitwa’s model of development implemented through its various Initiatives proposes a more inclusive alternative economy where everyone is an equal stakeholder in the process.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT WOMEN EMPOWERMENT Through the Programme, women are given the opportunity to learn about their own personal strengths and abilities, as well as how to support themselves in their personal relationships. They are also able to gain knowledge about opportunities available for them within the community, which can help them develop stronger social networks and better navigate difficult life challenges. The Women Empowerment Programme has had a positive impact on the lives of many women. It has helped them develop strong personal relationships, learn new skills, find employment opportunities, and access essential services they could not have otherwise accessed. The programme involves working with rural communities to create jobs, increase education opportunities for women, improve street hygiene and health conditions, and provide financial support. In addition to this, the organisation helps develop relationships between women and men so that they can work together to achieve their goals.

5. HEALTHCARE HEALTHCARE Dayitwa NGO’s healthcare programme tries to take these factors into account. It provides free or low-cost food for needy families in neighbourhoods where there are no medical centres or hospitals. It offers medical care on-site for people who cannot afford it otherwise. The organisation also provides information and counselling for people who need help getting good quality care. Dayitwa NGO provides healthcare programmes to the poor and vulnerable in the country. The healthcare programme is based on the philosophy that everyone deserves a quality of life, free from privation and ignorance. The programme is aimed at providing primary healthcare services to the people of India. They saw a need for healthcare for the country’s poorest and most marginalized sections of society. Dayitwa NGO’s healthcare programme is designed to improve the quality of life for the people. The program is divided into two parts: the first part addresses the key needs of people who are diagnosed with a chronic disease, and the second part focuses on providing preventative care. The healthcare programme has been designed to be affordable, simple and effective. It has also been tested and proven in the country, where it has already saved the lives of many people.
