  2. 1. Communicate, listen, and then lead your team- As a founder, you should be a good communicator and listener. Do listen to your team’s ideas, give them the freedom to express themselves in the workplace. By listening and communicating you show respect to them and then your team will also cooperate with you. A founder is a person with patience who is successful when they are open to new learnings and growth. Communication is the basic skill which helps you carry on further activities in the business. Communication helps you to discuss plans more effectively, this leads to greater productivity in the business. 2. It’s Not Just About You! One piece of advice that every founder must note is this, don’t be too harsh on yourself when times are bad and don’t fly too high when everything is great around because both the ways you will fall too hard and it will be extremely difficult to start all over again. 3. Be Adaptable – As a founder, you do need to experience a lot of things. Changing your opinion and belief after knowing different aspects is a skill that not everyone possesses, this is where you start to be adaptable.

  3. Sticking to one opinion and not discussing it with anybody doesn’t take you anywhere. As a founder allow yourself to discuss the plans and have clarity in your thoughts. Ask your team their suggestions and ask what they think about it, this will broaden the perspective. 4. Be Prepared – Ups and downs are part of the journey but not giving up on it is the only way. Being capable and resourceful helps you to take the finest decision in your path. Questioning yourself is okay, doubting yourself is also okay but being afraid to fail is something that is not good. Self-doubt allows us to scrutinize our beliefs, the people around us, and the circumstances. 5. Know When To Let Go: As a founder, one must have the knowledge and talent to let go of things that do not demand too much detailed observation. I know the color of the logo is important but wasting excessive time on choosing which shade of teal green must be selected is a waste of another resource, which is time. Optimum utilization is extremely important.

  4. 6. Don’t Settle – “Don’t get too comfortable at a specific place. Go explore things as much as you can.” Settling in one place doesn’t allow us to grow. Allow yourself to feel the discomfort, this is where you start to grow. Stay dedicated to your work, fight the fear, and don’t settle for anything less! Work harder, stay disciplined, give your best. To achieve something bigger you need to master fear, your workplace is the place of motivation to overcome, and face every single challenge fearlessly! 7. Take Actions for Your Startup – Many of the founders notice that they have wasted a lot of time thinking about their ideas instead of implementing them. Take action on your plans and ideas. Meet experienced people in the field of your business, get advice from them, ask for their suggestions on your ideas that will help you in your journey. You need to give your best, be accountable for your work, discover different ways, experience every single phase because, in the end, everything is going to be worthwhile! Finding the right person for the right place at work is the toughest task. Once you build a team a lot is going on, there should be proper coordination, group discussions, confrontations, the difference in opinions, and a lot more.
