  1. Why is Pre-primary education important?

  2. Pre-primary education, also known as early childhood education, is essential for all students, particularly since recent research has revealed that most brain growth and development occurs when children are very young, specifically between the age of zero and five years!

  3. Simply put, pre-primary learning can be compared to the base of an iceberg; it is what supports and anchors the tip of the iceberg. Early childhood education lays the groundwork for students' future learning & academic and social opportunities.

  4. Pre-primary school children are exposed to two of the most important building blocks of learning: numeracy and literacy. This early education is extremely important in the life of a toddler. They provide an enriching environment, academic simulation, and numerous opportunities for socialization for children of the same age group.

  5. Early childhood education in India is critical for preparing children emotionally, mentally, socially, and physically for higher education and a proper understanding of various subjects. Good pre primary education inspires both parents and students to enrol in primary and higher-level studies later in life. India has a systematic preschool education process in place to impart knowledge in the best way possible for young children's better understanding. Teachers work hard and try to make the entire learning process enjoyable for the children with an easy and interesting curriculum.

  6. The Importance of Pre-Primary Education in Surat • Pre-primary education is extremely important in a child's life as a student. Here are a few reasons why your child should attend pre-primary school: • Assists children in becoming accustomed to routines • Children are restless, curious, and simply want to have fun. The pre-primary school does not discourage these characteristics because that is what childhood is all about - but it does try to instil a sense of discipline within the child by requiring them to follow a routine. Following a daily routine makes it easier for students to cope with the routine followed at school and, consequently, be more disciplined.

  7. Aids in the development of social skills in children • The pre-primary school allows pre-schoolers to make new friends. This is especially important because if the children do not effectively interact with their peers, it can have severe consequences in terms of making friends now. The pre-primary schools in Surat provide many opportunities for children to bond, through games like hide and seek and other outdoor activities. • Improve Children's Creativity • More than simply educating them, the pre-primary school allows them to have fun in a safe environment. One of the most significant advantages of sending children to pre-primary school is that they have more opportunities to express their creative side. Children can use tools like paint, paper, glue, chalk, play dough, and other similar materials that can help improve the child’s creative side & light up their imagination. • When they are exposed to such an environment at such a young age, they learn about their own artistic strengths and weaknesses, or at the very least, become interested in it.

  8. Build the student-teacher relationship • The child-parent relationship is similar to the student-teacher relationship in some ways, but there are some significant differences. Pre-primary school helps them understand these distinctions and become accustomed to the latter. A child-parent relationship is more personal, whereas a student-teacher relationship is more professional. Sometimes it is very important to build a positive relationship between teacher & student for strengthening the overall development of a child. • Conclusion • Pre-primary education is an important part of a child's life, both academically and in terms of preparing them for school. Preschool also benefits parents by giving them time to themselves or, if they work, a place to send their child until they return home. It provides them with a safe place to leave their child while focusing on themselves, which also benefits a parent's mental health.
