  2. Ways to fix google play store not responding on android Check the date and time settings of the device While accessing the Google Play Store, Google checks the date and time settings. In case, if the app notices an issue with the time settings, then it might hamper the performance of the Google Play Store.  Hence, in this case, it is suggested to the users to check the date and time settings to resolve this issue. 2. Update Google Play Store In most cases, Google Play Store not working issue arises because of the outdated version of the application.  Hence, it is suggested to the users to update their Google Play Store application and check if the issue is fixed or not. 

  3. Clear the catch data • There are times when Google Play Store application fails to work properly because of cached data.  • Hence, to fix this issue quickly, it is suggested to the users to clear the cached data in the Application manager. 

  4. Reset your Google account . Another way to fix this issue is by simply removing the Google account linked to the Google Play Store.  Further, the user is required to add that Google account again and check if the issue is fixed or not.
