  1. SME organization A CREATIVE FACTOR INITIATIVE

  2. SME Growth Stages There are organisations in various stages of their existence. Following are the five stages of their business, and they can bank on the growth strategy accordingly. Skipping the essentials usually leads to spiralling bottlenecks going forward. Success Scale Maturity Existence Survival

  3. Inside of Scale Scaling is not as easy as it may seem, there are high chances of getting this phase wrong, even if it may appear that you are growing, it may not be the case in reality. At a management level, we break this phase in 3 stages. Sales and Marketing Automation Preparingthe team for growth Mindset for scale Digitization & productization

  4. Mindset of growth  Leaders with a “growth mindset,” enjoy challenges, strive to learn, and consistently see potential to develop new skills. When entire companies embrace a growth mindset, their employees report feeling far more empowered and committed; they also receive far greater organisational support for collaboration and innovation. Brilliance stems from state of mind -“I don’t know that I don’t know” Source:HBR.ORG.

  5. Mind set for scale To achieve the scale, one has to prepare the mindset it needs to scale. We have a set of five management workshops which collectively shapes the mentality towards growth, offering the holistic perspectives for growth.  Transformational Leadership  Brand Orientation  Sales & Marketing Orientation  Building the Business Model  Business Strategy Workshop  Organizational Gap Audits

  6. Digitization & Productization  As an organisational leader if you find yourself occupied with administrative and unproductive work, then it is a deterrent to growth. Freeing up bandwidth and having quick access to information is critical. If CEOs do employee’s job, who will do their job?  Finding the hero solution or product or service is vital for scale.

  7. Digitization & Productization To achieve scale the leadership has to free up their bandwidth from day to day nuisance of business by leveraging digital tools and application. Focus on replicable templates of business (Products or Subscriptions). Productization Digitization > Packaging (Positioning) > Process Documentation > Go-to-Market Strategy > Go-to-Market Implementation > Website > Search Marketing > CRM > Work flow Management > Business Analytics & BI > Digital Maturity Audit

  8. Sales & Marketing  Sales are contingent upon the attitude if the salesman, not the attitude of the prospect. Without proper training and guidance, they will focus on persuasion at the ignorance of conviction. “Let the world know your story and conspire new relationships”  Without proper marketing building an Inspirational brand and attracting talent and customer will be not scalable

  9. Sales & Marketing Focus on the 20% of customers which contributed to 80% of the business. Offloading of 80% of the customer which provides 20% of the business will free up your bandwidth for scale.  Sales Training  Sales Enablement  Account Based Marketing  Outsourced Sales  Outsourced CMO  Outsourced Customer Support

  10. “Culture eats Strategy for Breakfast” -Peter Drucker

  11. Preparing the team  A Culture is the unspoken social order of an organisation; it shapes attitudes and team behaviour. It is an unwritten norm of a group, and it defines what is encouraged or discouraged, accepted or rejected by a group. “A company Culture makes or breaks organization”  When an organisational culture is synced correctly with an employee's value, aspirations and drives, it can unleash a tremendous amount of energy towards a shared purpose and foster an organisation's capacity to thrive. Source:HBR.ORG.

  12. Preparing the Team From recruitment to fitment, from nurturing talent to building resilience, it takes a lot to make a robust team  Business Cultural Transformation  Leadership Program for Managers  Strategic Hiring  HR Process Enablement  HR & Performance Management
