  1. Overview  Sorafina (Sorafenib) is used to treat certain types of cancer including liver cancer, kidney cancer, and thyroid cancer. It belongs to a group of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Sorafina (Sorafenib) helps to stop the growth of cancerous cells. It is available as a tablet, indicated for oral use.
