  1. Infant French Classes - 123 petits pas The goal of this program is to expose Ottawa’s Infant French Classes language during an important period of growth, when they are building language. As a Mother of bilingual little ones myself, I know just how daunting the task of introducing a second language can be. However, I made it my goal to change that. My name is Madame Amy and I teach French to my participants through the most fun means possible! I aim to empower parents by giving them to the tools & tips they need to introduce French at home with confidence. Whether you’re bilingual or new to French, all are welcome here at 123 Petits Pas. Whether you’re new to French, or are bilingual and looking for support in introducing the language to your child, this super quick & budget-friendly course is for you. These classes focus on teaching parents basic French words & phrases through: action songs, rhymes, and games. Now any family has the opportunity to introduce French from home!   3. Summer French Programs - French Programs Ottawa Our Summer French Programs changes up quite a bit since many of our usual locations run their own camps and programming during the summer months. It’s important for our little preschoolers to keep up with their French learning. Mme Amy has some fun plans for you this summer. Our continuously growing French educational video library, optional live virtual events, lesson plans, “August in French” = a calendar with 1 French prompt per day.Your child will use their French in fun ways this summer; that way they still get their break, but they don’t lose their French. Madame Amy helps make the transition to school exciting for both parents and children. A podcast-style workshop for parents (How to ease the transition & support your child in school. Downloadable “Prep for School” workbook for children to complement your classes FUN weekly projects for kids as a way practice your French between classes.
