  3. Introduction Some computer printers and multifunction printers print the sheet of paper on both sides automatically. If the printer doesn’t have this capability then it prints only on a single side of paper and they are called as single sided printing.

  4. Steps for Duplex printing Load blank A4 papers into the input tray to avoid the page ordering issues. On the computer screen open the text document you want to print and click File > print or press ctrl+ p. Select HP Officejet 4650 Printer from the list and then select printer properties or preferences. Then small window appears on the screen, then select printing shortcut tab.

  5. A list of options appears and you need to choose two sided printing. • If the printing shortcut tab or duplexing shortcut is not available then click the layout or finishing tab depending on the tab displays in your version. • Locate the two sided printing option and select the binding option where your documents wants to look like a booklet or tablet. • Then click OK to print.

  6. After printing the first page remove the printed paper from the output tray. • Again load the printed papers into the input tray (rear load input tray or front load input tray).

  7. Rear loading printers: Flip the papers so that the printed side of the paper is facing down. Front loading printers: Place the printed side facing up with bottom edge into the printer or the top edge into the printer. Click Continue to print on the other side.

  8. Setting up Auto Duplex printing from the printer’s Menu On your HP Officejet 4650 printer menu, find the section that allows you to edit the general settings or eco settings.  Edit the defaults for duplex printing on the settings option. Turn on all the defaults settings to your printer to change into automatic duplex mode. By default, turning on this setting it will be printed on double side. By Duplex printing it will save your money over time depending on the quantity of printing.
