  3. Steps to update QuickBooks Desktop There are 3 main steps of Update QuickBooks Desktop. • Check for the latest update in your system • Set the automatic update or Perform a manual update • Install the QuickBooks update

  4. Step -1 Check For The Latest Update Your System • Open and login to QuickBooks Desktop. • Open the product information window by pressing the F2 key, or the ‘Ctrl+1’ key from your keyboard. • Verify your current and latest version on your system.

Step-2 (a)Set Up The Automatic Update • QuickBooks allow the users auto-update to the latest version. • QuickBooks are automatically download the latest updates. • They can provide both solution update and released you can choose according to your need. • Go to the menu and select Update QuickBooks Desktop . • Visit the option tab and select automatic update with yes option. • Then close.
