Solution 2) Make changes to the names of .ND and .TLG files • Navigate to the following path: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files, to access the folder that stores the company file. • Look for the files with the same file name as the company file but with the extensions .ND and .TLG. ( For example, company_file.qbw.nd or company_file.qbw.tlg) • Right-click the .tlg/.nd file and choose the Rename option. • Add the text “.old” after the file extension and press the Enter key.
