  • Founded by Martin Toole and Delbert Nagle, Pittsburgh Police Department

  • Committed to improving the working conditions of law enforcement officers

  • Officers were forced to work 12 hr days/365 days a year before Toole and Nagle formed the FOP in Pittsburgh
